Recently we had a very large renovation to our home and wanted to update our internal communications for our TV's and music along with "smarting" our older home with as much technology as possible. This included security, heating/cooling systems and internet and cable services. After reviewing several other providers we opted for Spire. They have done a great job at overcoming some of the challenges our very rural home presented, handled all of the wiring and installation and have trained us on the entire operation of our system. Even during a most recent failure of a very expensive component they were true professionals and handled the entire return and reorder. We highly recommend them. Their staff was wonderful and very attentive to work with.

I hired this company in 2014 to install a control 4 system at my residence. Jason, the project manager, did a great job planning and organizing the project. The installers were very professional and respectful. The project came out great! This year, I hired them again for another project as I was happy with my first experience.

I operate a custom furniture/millwork company in the Detroit area. I first had the opportunity to work with Navot and his team on a large residential project about 10 years ago. The installation went according to the plan they outlined. The crew showed up/finished on time and the best part was they brought their own vacuum and cleaned up after themselves every day. They went above expectations!

Even a couple of months after the installation was completed complete, there was a brown out that messed up some of our system. Spire was super in helping us reprogram without any additional charge.

Spire provided whole house automation 8 years ago, installing Control 4 , 6 flat screens and a movie room. They designed the movie room from the ground up. My most honest assessment is that this system never breaks. It has been so reliable and only once have we had to call because the front speaker sounded tinny. Jason came out and ordered a replacement and dealt with the manufacturer. It was no charge. Spire is not cheap but I remember Navot talking me down from my aspirations of ridiculous speakers in our great room because he felt the acoustics of the great room couldn't support these speakers. This was so refreshing to be undersold in a world that always over sells you. Their service and clientele is top notch and I am a happy user.

The installation was done very professional. This is my third home that I have installed an audio-visual system. The other 2 were sketchy and unreliable. I should have used Spire for all three homes.
